Delivery Method

All Skedsoft services are delivered through one or more of the following channels:

Email (registered address)
Skedsoft Client Dashboard (https://<client>.skedsoft.com)
Hosting Panel or App Store (where applicable)
Remote deployment on client servers (if requested)

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST.
Orders placed after hours are processed the next business day.

Delays in Service Delivery

Service delivery may be delayed due to:

Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer
Late submission of content or approvals
Unforeseen technical issues
Public holidays or force majeure events

In such cases, our team will proactively reach out to inform you and revise the timeline accordingly.
